MODERN CAPE DUTCH

HELDERBERG FARMHOUSE This charming building is situated on the slopes of the Helderberg Foothills. A single storey house, the plan appears to be T-shaped, with a delightful verandah running the full length of the front facade. Although the roof material is corrugated iron instead of thatch, the home retains it's Cape Dutch charm, due to the use of steep 45 degree angled roofs.
