We co-ordinate the appointment of professionals who can provide services adjacent to the architectural services where needed, these include: Structural Engineers, Land Surveryors, Quantity Surveyors, Landscape and Interior Designers, Project Managers and Principal Agents, all depending on the specific requirements of your project.SERVICES ON SITE
In order to execute the architect's vision to it's full glory, we provide architects consulting services on site during construction. Questions regarding the execution of the plans can be answered by the architect, and any changes or details that need to be added to the drawings can be discussed and implemented. All services on site are provided on an hourly basis, so that the amount of input can be adapted with the requirements of the project. Anyone wanting to build in Cape Town, will require a building plan that is approved by the local municipality and conforms to the requirements of the the National Building Regulations of South Africa. Only a reqistered professional can submit building plans and Beverley Hui is registered with all the relevant bodies in South Africa. We are familiar with new requirements for energy efficiency in buildings and can ensure that your house plan conforms. Plans can be submitted anywhere in South Africa, but outside of Cape Town, the client will receive pdf versions from the architect, for printing and submission by the client. For other African countries and interntaional clients, we provide concept design services only, and a local architect must complete the plans for submission in the relevant country.Perspective Drawings
Beverley Hui has professional artistic training and is able to draw sketches quickly to help you understand the design in three dimensions. For a photo quality computer rendering, we have consultants on stand-by who can provide a super-realistic rendering of the design as an extra service.
